STOMPer Nlaw got a rude shock when a grown man told her two-year-old son to keep quiet in a busy restaurant. When she confronted him, he reacted aggressively and dared her to sue him.

The 2-year-old was playing with cups while seated with his mother and was talking into them.

The man, whose friend received a phone call, then harshly gestured for the boy to keep quiet. He did so twice, giving the boy a scare on the second time.

An upset Nlaw then confronted the man and was shocked when he rudely told her that she could sue him if she wanted to. He even reprimanded her and told her to discipline her son.

In an email, STOMPer Nlaw says:

"My family and I were dining at a restaurant in VivoCity.

"My son, who is two years old, was playing with an empty cup and talking into it.

"That's what two-year-olds like to do, I'm sure all parents would agree.

"Not long after, the phone belonging to a lady at the table next to us rang.

"The man seated opposite my son then harshly said, 'Shhh!' to my son.

"I tolerated it at first but when he did it a second time, my son got a shock.

there's probably not much i can do since the storm has already passed. i definitely won't be stomping about it though. would probably just do/say something to make my wife feel better about the whole issue.
